The Six Steps to Breakthrough Any Block for Good


Does your life flow freely? Does everything work with ease? And yes, I mean everything?


Mine either.

Why? Because we have blocks.

Blocks are anything getting in the way of what you want.

They come from things in your past, things that you left unfinished, unhealed, unreleased probably because you didn’t even know you had to finish, heal, or release them, or that you even could.

Most of your blocks are subconscious, meaning you don’t even know they are there.

Clearing all your blocks won’t happen over night, or over one year, so be flexible and stay loving and when you can, when you are ready, or when you feel called take the time to lovingly turn inward and clear it all out.

This is what I use for myself and my clients:

1. Gain Awareness

To clear blocks out, first you have to know what they are. You have to move them from the subconscious, hidden mind into the conscious, working mind.

You can do this in a couple different ways.

One, you could pick a theme you want to develop and write down every negative belief or memory you have about that theme. This could be self love, financial abundance, relationships, career success, etc. Whatever it is you want.

Two, you could take a survey of what in your life you aren’t happy with and then write down the memories you have where you felt the way you feel now. This could be a job you don’t like, the boss who under pays you, the partner who doesn’t listen to you, the car that keeps having problems every time you finally feel like you have a little extra money, etc. Whatever it is that you don’t want.

Now you have your blocks out and you are ready to start working on them.

2. Acceptance

The second step to clearing out your blocks is to accept them for their existence.

Accept the things that happened. The things you did. The things done to you. The beliefs you have. The beliefs you had. The way you feel. The way you felt. Go over each item on your list. Acceptance doesn’t mean you like something or want more of it, it just means that you aren’t denying that it exists right in front of you.

Pretty simple, but powerfully important.

3. Understanding

What does your block want from you? Why does it feel that way? What kind of healing does it need? What is it trying to tell you? Let the block speak for itself and listen closely.

Where does it come from? Why did you carry it so long?

Why is it afraid of being let go? What does it need to express? What do you need to feel? Why is this coming up for you? Why did it develop for you? What do you need right now in this moment from yourself?

Poke and prod. Bring your block to the light, and look it right in the face with understanding.

4. Love

Once you can understand and sympathize with your block, its time to apply the healing solution, the love. This just means you flood whatever it is that is blocking you with all the love in the world. All the love you have to offer. Don’t worry, love is an infinite resource, you won’t run out, I promise!

Now, flood yourself with love too. Yes, you.

And don’t stop.

5. Forgive

While love is to be had no matter what, forgiveness steps in when there is something we don’t like, something we want to change., even though we love, accept, and understand it.

Forgive the block for being there, the bad memory, the belief you picked up. Forgive yourself and forgive all those involved. You don’t have to forget, but forgive.

You get your power back by forgiving, and you close the karmic loop on whatever it was that was keeping you blocked.

You don’t hold on, you don’t resent. It no longer takes energy from you. You have your power back.

6. Release

From there, you are ready to release. Let it go, make your shift, and walk into the new, unblocked life with ease.

Throw your hands in the air, because you are free!

Things will start to change. Your actions, thoughts, beliefs, and reality. This is a good thing, and if you want it to flow even faster, revisit these steps as often as you can. It will only make things flow that much better. Sometimes, your block may even pop back up, and when this does, do the same thing. Revisit your steps, apply the love, and let it go.
